- Boil approximately 250 milliliters of water
- After boiling, remove the container and wait for 30 seconds
- Submerge the mouthguard in hot water for 90 seconds
- Carefully remove the mouthguard using a spoon, cool briefly under non-hot water
- Position the mouthguard in your mouth, bite down firmly, and press edges. Blow inwards to remove excess water
- Keep the mouthguard pressed for 20 seconds, then remove and cool under water for 20 seconds
